This was my premier visit for a manicure at this spot, and Ben made me feel so at ease. Would surely suggest this spot, and I am thrilled with the outcome. Also, I am absolutely content to have visited this beauty parlour. Incredibly attentive and amiable staff. Particularly the hair colouring expert, Georgia. Thank you greatly for your efforts🫶🏻. Each time I come, I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome.♥️
I used to frequent this establishment. Georgia botched my highlights, and I had to depart with silver hair, despite clearly stating from the outset that it was not what I desired. I specified at the start that I wanted dark blonde highlights with darker brown roots. I even displayed a photo. We agreed on the toner, but it was evidently mishandled. I understand I should not have left until it was rectified, but as a regular patron, I did not wish to argue in front of others. She assured me she would rectify it. I returned two days later, and eventually, she improved it by utilising the agreed toner from the start. (There are still some silver undertones). However, SHE DEMANDED £45 FOR HER ERROR!!! I never had to complain or return before, and this was astonishing! I reached out to the manager to request a reimbursement, but it has been a week since the incident, and I have not received a response. That is IMPOLITE and DISRESPECTFUL!
I underwent a nano-Botox treatment. It is my second time here, and I adore it. I had booked for a Brazilian blow dry, but after a consultation, they suggested a nano-Botox. My hair is thriving, and I do not have to wait five days to wash it post-treatment.
