Yesterday, I had my yearly holiday waxing done, and it was the best wax I've ever experienced, without a doubt. Additionally, I had my hair styled as well. I am completely satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend it.
I opted for eyebrow threading and tinting, but unfortunately, my eyebrows were left in a terrible state... the staff members were pleasant, but my eyebrows turned out too dark, uneven, and one of them ended up too short. The shape was completely altered, and now I feel like I need to shave them off... I have only given 2 stars because they did agree to refund me when I requested it, although that doesn't undo the damage. I believe anyone could do a better job with their eyebrows at home rather than wasting money and time here. The first picture shows how my eyebrows looked before, and the subsequent ones display the work done by this individual.
The employees at this establishment are incredibly kind and courteous. Scarlett paid close attention to my preferences and did an exceptional job with my eyebrow threading. I will definitely be returning for their services, especially considering the reasonable prices.
