If I could rate this establishment, zero stars I would. Highly unreliable. They will cancel your appointment with minimal notice, and the communication is abysmal. It takes an eternity to hear back from anyone, and even then, securing a new appointment is a challenge. I had scheduled my treatment well in advance for my upcoming holiday, only to have it abruptly cancelled without any alternative offered. Utterly frustrated.
Absolutely thrilled with the treatment. Noticed visible results even after just one session of laser hair removal. Will certainly be recommending this place. 🤗
Just had a facial and eyebrow service done, and it was fantastic. Immediate results, incredibly relaxed during the massage, delightful hospitality, and the establishment is impeccably maintained. I'll definitely be returning for more services in the future. ♥️
