I've just departed from the salon and I'm sharing my feedback en route home. I'm so thrilled to express my thoughts. The service was exceptional. The stylist who cut and coloured my hair was incredibly sweet and attentive. She treated me with such warmth. I admire how she caters to her clients. I observed her interactions with other customers, and she was equally as caring. One thing that stood out was that I wear a hijab, and before proceeding, she asked if I required privacy. I was pleasantly surprised and elated because she inquired about my need for privacy. I mentioned that I preferred not to reveal my hair to others, so she partially closed off the salon to shield me from view. I truly appreciate this gesture of concern for those of us who value privacy. I adore the service and everything about it. Thank you for your exceptional service.
I had my hair styled and coloured at Steph's salon today. After a DIY dye disaster, I needed a quick fix before my trip. I was quite anxious as I wasn't sure if it was possible to remove the red/orange tint and match my natural hair shade. The stylist who assisted me was incredibly kind (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name) and was very accommodating of all my requests and queries. I walked out of the salon with exactly the look I desired. I feel relieved and extremely pleased with the outcome. My confidence has been restored, and I no longer fret about my previous dye mishap ruining vacation photos. Thank you!
I opted for a full head of highlights, wash, haircut, and blow-dry. As evident from the photos, Steph did an outstanding job. Not only does my hair look fantastic, but the entire salon experience was absolutely fantastic. She consistently checked on my comfort and sought my input at every stage of the process to ensure that my hair was styled exactly as I envisioned. And let me tell you, she surpassed my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend the salon. If you're hesitant to take my word for it, just glance at the photos. You won't regret it!!
