The level of care shown by this establishment is truly disappointing. There has been a malfunctioning fridge since I began working in Stratford in March 2023, and it remains broken as of March 2024. During a visit in December 23, I had the opportunity to converse with the regional manager who promised to personally oversee the repair... 3 months have passed since then. Despite being one of the top-performing stores, the lack of attention to customer experience is evident.
Absolutely fantastic store, exceptional customer service, and a wonderful experience. I was assisted by a staff member named Emily. She suggested a fantastic eyebrow product that I am extremely pleased with. Her explanation was thorough and helpful.
