Was looking forward to getting a full set of lashes after having a baby and not feeling my best. Lashes looked nice and Emma was very pleasant and chatty. However, most of the lashes fell out within 2/3 days.... I was left with some lashes at the sides but my partner said they looked silly so I took them out. Called Emma to arrange an appointment to have them fixed... she did offer an appointment afew days later but I could not attend due to having an ill baby at home. I informed Emma who said she would call with another appointment..... still waiting !!!!! Poor quality! Opted for acrylics at this venue and unfortunately, one of my nails is now infected. I am currently undergoing antibiotic treatment to address the infection caused by the staff cutting my nail cuticles too short. Additionally, all my other nails have dents and indentations from the acrylics.
