Was looking forward to getting a full set of lashes after having a baby and not feeling my best. Lashes looked nice and Emma was very pleasant and chatty. However, most of the lashes fell out within 2/3 days.... I was left with some lashes at the sides but my partner said they looked silly so I took them out. Called Emma to arrange an appointment to have them fixed... she did offer an appointment afew days later but I could not attend due to having an ill baby at home. I informed Emma who said she would call with another appointment..... still waiting !!!!! Poor quality! Waste of my time and not very professional
By far the best individual I have been to for eyelashes. Emma is very professional & such a lovely person. Love a good chat :) Emma will give you advice on what style/type of lash your eye would suit & also listens to what look you want too. I always look forward to getting my lashes done, each visit is so relaxing & you come out feeling fabulash, lol :)
I visited beyoutifil academy for the first time a couple of weeks ago as a post lockdown pamper treat. To say I’m delighted with the results would be an understatement. Emma was so professional and able to give advice and guidance to a lash extension virgin! Emma also managed to tame my unruly brows painlessly without leaving major redness (like I have had in the past from other places) The definition, in combination with the beautiful lashes completely changed my eyes. Really made my blue eye colour pop too. I’m obsessed with my new look. I would highly recommend to anyone 🖤
