A friend of mine visited there recently and had a negative experience with a relaxer. My own encounter was years back when I was confronted by a hairstylist named Olivia. She expressed dissatisfaction with my hair, and when I requested clarification, she became enraged and her demeanour changed drastically - like the Hulk. My stylist, who has since left but was a kind man, advised me to ignore her as she had been causing problems with the staff. When she left and returned to argue, she ended up getting aggressive with me, even squaring up with my wet hair still being styled. I simply asked her to repeat herself, and she retorted, "I don't know why I'm even talking to you; you're not my client anyway." I believe she was suggesting a change, but I didn't comprehend her. She returned shouting and ready to escalate the situation. I had to stand my ground as being shouted over was unacceptable. I am certain that if my stylist hadn't intervened, she might have become physically violent. It was completely unexpected. Aggressive, rude, and just plain unpleasant. She reduced me to tears and then had the audacity to charge me £150 for the ordeal. Heather, the owner, assured me that my next visit would be complimentary. However, I have never returned since the experience was dreadful. No amount of money or free services would entice me to go back. I doubt my friend will return as well.
It could have been a better experience -
