I visited on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. Accompanied by two friends, we all decided to get ear piercings. The service was overall good, and I would recommend this studio for piercings.
Today, I went to get my septum pierced. The piercer pierced it crooked and too low. They did not confirm the placement with me before piercing, struggled with putting on the septum balls, making it more painful. Only after piercing did they mention it was their first day on the job. They charged 50 pounds and did not provide any cleaning materials for aftercare. When I returned in tears, they dismissed my concerns without offering a refund or removal. 0/5. Not recommended.
I had my nose pierced by Charlie. They were extremely kind, informative, and patient with me. I highly recommend coming here for your piercing needs.
