I recently had a haircut at Visage, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. The haircut was extremely wonky and uneven. I emailed the salon expressing my concerns, and they offered me an appointment the same day, which I couldn't attend due to prior commitments. I explained my situation in a reply email and requested an alternative solution. Unfortunately, I have been ignored since then, despite sending numerous follow-up emails. This lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I expected better service and a resolution to this issue. I hope this review serves as feedback for improvement and caution for potential customers. I have attached pictures of my haircut.
This is my local barber and though I've tried others in the area I always return to Visage because they're great. Always really welcoming, friendly and helpful. They're great at listening to what you want and checking in during the hair cut to make sure you are happy. I've also had great pedicures here and recommend them.
Fantastic balayage, haircut and blow-dry by Jinny, my hair felt bouncy and looked brand new! I also loved my relaxing pedicure by Jasmin which was tailored to my needs. The salon is bright, newly renovated and is always a lovely place that I look forward coming to. I've been coming here for years and wouldn't choose another place! Highly recommend!
