**Pathetic experience. First they said if he have time then they will do French. I said i need to know before not in the middle of the booking. He said it depends how long length i want then he will see. I said i don't want long length, he said okay. I don't know names of these gentlemen. Anyways, he started And i already knew he isn't professional doing in minimal light. I kept on saying this nail is bent he said it will go okay when i file it. My nails seems lifted upwards and looks nasty. I came all the way from Salford. Idk but he was doing all this in rush like he got another booking. I wanted French square nails. And i got duck shape nails. Im very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. There are 3 nail techs. But the one i got was highly unprofessional.**
**First time visiting, lovely salon and staff, friendly atmosphere and so much choice for nails. I got BIAB with nail art and absolutely love them. Very reasonably priced too, will definitely be a return customer.**
