I have been a regular customer at this salon, visiting every three weeks for eyebrow treatments since its inception. The service provided is friendly, professional, and consistently excellent. I strongly disagree with the negative remarks regarding the salon's cleanliness made in a previous review and believe they should be flagged as inaccurate by Google. This salon is truly exceptional, and I would be at a loss without it!
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the salon! The proprietor (not an assistant) accidentally stained my clothes with dye, and instead of apologising, she tripled the price of my service! She showed no remorse and even argued that providing a towel after a hair wash was sufficient (as if a towel isn't a basic necessity during a hair wash?!). When I returned with the stained clothes and requested they be cleaned, she made no effort to rectify the situation. This behaviour was extremely unprofessional! I have updated my review with photos. I urge you to judge for yourself whether this salon provides a satisfactory experience... don't say you weren't forewarned! To the salon owner, I express my disappointment in your attempt to manipulate reviews by enlisting your friends to counteract my feedback - such actions are deceitful and unethical. I hope Google takes notice of this behaviour!
Had a fantastic experience getting my roots coloured and highlights done during my recent visit to the salon. The hairdresser, Aisha, was incredibly friendly and attentive to my preferences. I am now a loyal customer of Aisha's for all my hair needs, from cuts to styling to colour treatments, ever since December 2021.
