And i already knew he isn't professional doing in minimal light. I kept on saying this nail is bent he said it will go okay when i file it. My nails seems lifted upwards and looks nasty. I came all the way from Salford. Idk but he was doing all this in rush like he got another booking.
I wanted French square nails. And i got duck shape nails. Im very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. There are 3 nail techs. I've been frequenting Kensington Palace since I was a teenager and Jack and the team always make you feel so special when you come in! As soon as you step inside, Jack will warmly welcome you and offer you a drink or snacks etc which is a really nice touch! They always stay updated with what’s happening in your life and genuinely take the time to get to know their customers and share a laugh with them! Jack even surprises loyal customers with vouchers and gift bags sometimes which no other salons ever do! You can sense how much they cherish their clients!
All the staff are incredibly skilled at what they do and take their time to ensure they get your nails exactly how you want them! Emily has worked on my nails the past few sessions now and she’s truly the kindest person ever, so delightful to converse with!
Jack treats his staff so well too, always providing them with lunch and drinks which is so heartwarming to witness!
Such a welcoming atmosphere here, I will never visit any other place to get my nails done. My aunt even travels an hour to come here because they’re so good!

How can i get there
To get to Queen Nails and Beauty at 137 Barton Rd, Stretford, Manchester M32 8DN by public transport, take bus number 255 from Manchester City Centre to Barton Road, then walk for about 5 minutes to reach the salon. If driving, head towards Barton Road from Chester Road, turn onto Kings Road, then onto Barton Road where the salon is located after a few streets.
