I've been frequenting Kensington Palace since I was a teenager and Jack and the team always make you feel so special when you come in! As soon as you step inside, Jack will warmly welcome you and offer you a drink or snacks etc which is a really nice touch! They always stay updated with what’s happening in your life and genuinely take the time to get to know their customers and share a laugh with them! Jack even surprises loyal customers with vouchers and gift bags sometimes which no other salons ever do! You can sense how much they cherish their clients! All the staff are incredibly skilled at what they do and take their time to ensure they get your nails exactly how you want them! Emily has worked on my nails the past few sessions now and she’s truly the kindest person ever, so delightful to converse with! Jack treats his staff so well too, always providing them with lunch and drinks which is so heartwarming to witness! Such a welcoming atmosphere here, I will never visit any other place to get my nails done. My aunt even travels an hour to come here because they’re so good!
