I can't speak highly enough of this salon. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the quality of their work is exceptional. Despite the distance I have to travel to get there, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Both my mother and grandmother now frequent this salon as well, as we all agree that it surpasses any other place we've tried before. A definite 10 out of 10 in my book.
Overpriced, unfriendly, and subpar service. They only accept cash, which is inconvenient. Despite visiting three times, the promised gel nails didn't live up to expectations as they started showing gaps after just one day. A minor mishap led to a nail smudge, and the technician's reaction was extremely irritable and rude. The prices are steep compared to London, where I've had better experiences with longer-lasting results. I have no intention of returning; I'd rather drive to Cheltenham than endure such a dismal experience.
