I booked a massage months in advance, only to be met with a disappointing experience. The therapist seemed untrained, making the session feel like a waste of time and money. Despite the owner's offer to step in, I declined as the lack of expertise was evident.
My appointment, scheduled weeks ahead, was abruptly cancelled on the morning of my visit. I was left scrambling to find an alternative. Apparently, last-minute cancellations are a common occurrence at this salon.
A dreadful experience overall, with an overwhelming number of clients and insufficient staff. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left the salon stressed and eager to depart. My nails were poorly handled, now brittle and damaged. Beware of voicing any criticism, as the salon's circle of friends may retaliate online. My suggestion: steer clear and opt for a better salon in Canterbury.
