Elite Nails

I was recommended by a friend who frequents this place. I booked in for nail infills, a colour, wash, and cut! I absolutely adored my experience, a gentleman named Michael made me feel incredibly welcome. He attentively listened to my queries and provided top-notch advice. Michael also shared tips on maintaining healthy hair post-colouring. I was thrilled with the results! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. For hair and nails, I highly recommend this place around the Harrow/Wembley area!

The worst nail experience I've ever had. This was my first and last visit to this nail salon. Upon arrival, the proprietor/manager (I assume) informed me that my nail technician was relatively new, so the service might take a bit longer, which I was fine with. I showed him the design I wanted, heart-shaped tips. He assured me he could do it. However, the nail shaping was a disaster. I had to repeatedly request for better shaping, and neither nail was exactly the same. The base paint was too pink for my skin tone. He attempted the design, and I provided additional guidance hoping it would improve. After he tried on a whole hand, I asked him to remove it and just do a simple French tip. He then passed me on to someone else, perhaps because he was tired of dealing with me. Once finished, the imperfections were glaring. There were bumps and air pockets all over the nails. I believe he was more of a beginner than I was led to believe. I'm giving two stars because he did try to rectify it when I asked.
