Warning! I purchased a Groupon voucher for laser treatment from this place in June. I tried to book appointments in July and August without success. Finally, in August, someone answered the phone. It's clear they are deceiving people. You pay a consultation fee at the clinic and only receive 2 out of the 6 laser treatment sessions. I had already booked my 3rd session in advance, but they were reluctant to do so. They suggested emailing or calling, claiming email responses are quick - a blatant lie since I received no response to my emails for two months when booking a consultation. In November, they cancelled my third appointment via the app without explanation or rescheduling. Despite my calls and emails since the start of November, no one replied. Seeing similar reviews, I now realize this is a scam with no acknowledgment, apology, or refund!
If possible, I'd give 0 stars. This company is a scam. They make you purchase a Groupon voucher, pay a separate consultation fee, and only provide 2 out of 6 laser treatment sessions - exactly what happened to me.
