My inaugural venture into hair removal. A delightful experience at Alison Urwin's prompted me to leave a review. Appreciated her straightforward approach, no beating around the bush. She explicitly mentioned they don't do laser (Jan 2013) but offer an alternative service (apologies, the term slipped my mind!) Opted for wax hair removal this time, and the experience was so positive that a return visit is a definite. Gratitude!

I've frequented this establishment for many years, and Alison is a gem. She excels at electrolysis (the hairs truly disappear) and waxing, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
