I've been a patron of Pretty Nails for years and have never been let down. The Shellac manicures last for up to 4 weeks, the pedicures are top-notch, and the range of gel and varnish options is extensive (in a good way, with so much to choose from :) ). Had a manicure & pedicure. Shellac on toes which looks fab but regular polish on hands. Would not suggest regular polish, four nails chipped in <12-hours & another two in <24-hours & chips got worse. Half my nail exposed, looked terrible. Had to remove polish. Appreciated her straightforward approach, no beating around the bush. She explicitly mentioned they don't do laser (Jan 2013) but offer an alternative service (apologies, the term slipped my mind!)

I got my nails done 5/6 days back to mark my birthday. They looked fabulous on the day, but the chrome started chipping off the next day. Now, 5 days later, they look terrible. I'm heading to a festival tomorrow, hoping they'll last! I paid almost £50, only for them to chip the next day 😰. I might give it another shot, but I felt like the lady who did the design rushed it. However, Tom, who did my acrylics, did an excellent job!
