I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I came in seeking relief for my shoulder and back issues, as well as stress-related problems. The customer service was shockingly poor. Despite booking a 30-minute treatment, I had to lie on the bed for ten minutes before the therapist showed up. When she finally arrived, she seemed clueless, using no creams or oils and applying too much pressure with her bare hands. The massage was painful, with her repeatedly hitting my spine with her elbow. To top it off, she didn't even complete the full half-hour session due to her tardiness, yet still charged me the full amount. When I raised my concerns with the receptionist, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, a truly unpleasant experience that I would not recommend to anyone.
The massage was initially relaxing until I was propositioned for an inappropriate service. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and uneasy.
