I had a fantastic experience at the Beauty Lounge with the talented Max. Max not only has an impressive skill set as an aesthetics trainer, but also exudes a warm and welcoming personality. Right from our initial meeting, I felt at ease and valued by Max. Their friendly and approachable nature instantly created a comfortable learning environment. Max's expertise in the field is extensive, and their teaching style is exceptional. Met Imogen who was very welcoming and made me feel at ease explaining what was going to happen in the session and giving me knowledge about different gemstones and their uses. The session was very relaxing and Imogen is very professional but warm and friendly. The therapy room is absolutely lovely and you are made to feel so comfortable.
