Arranging a spa day at Bannatyne through a voucher was simple. The venue and treatment rooms provided a pleasant setting for a positive experience. However, I refrain from giving a full 5 stars due to a few reasons. Additional charges, like a £10 deposit and £8 gown hire, felt unnecessary and slightly inconvenient. The lively atmosphere in the pool area affected the relaxation I sought. Despite enjoyable treatments, I chose to leave rather than return to the bustling pool area.
