I am a regular visitor to this establishment, but on this occasion, the individual attending to my nails was more interested in watching football on his phone. He used non-sterile equipment and ended up cutting most of my fingers. Although my nails look beautiful, the cut on my thumb is extremely painful.
I visited for a nail treatment and the technician filed my nails down excessively, causing my little finger to bleed. Fortunately, I managed to get a refund. I would not recommend this place at all.
He cut my skin twice, causing it to bleed. I felt rushed as he chatted with a colleague. Despite being a long-time customer, I believe the quality of service has declined. I am thoroughly disappointed.
