Husband just returned from here, extremely dissatisfied with the man's attitude which was dreadful. He instructed her to choose a colour, then dismissed her choices. The nail design was supposed to be flowers but does not resemble them at all. She had them done for a holiday and will be removing them tonight. Not pleased at all.

Scheduled a pedicure appointment and took time off work for it. Upon arrival, only one staff member was available, just starting with a walk-in client. It was a wasted trip to Swadlincote and a waste of my time off. No apology was offered by the staff member.
