I got 3 piercings today, 3rd in each lobe, a diath and conch.. Lauren who did them was fantastic - warm, friendly, professional, and very reassuring. I highly recommend Lauren, a very satisfied customer.
Labyrinth was great when Em worked there as she was an excellent piercer and very patient with customers. However, her boss Lynn mistreated the staff and didn't prioritize mental health, even shouting at customers with mental health issues - very unprofessional.
Great with my 7-year-old daughter, I had some concerns about getting her ears pierced but the woman who did it made us both feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her for children's piercings. Very understanding and kind.
