Staff are lovely BUT Had my nails done a week ago and within a week 2 of nails were hanging off so much so they needed nail glue and then 1 week and 1 day I peeled off another 4 nails so easy in 1 without it being hard. Won't be going back.
Haven’t had nails done in a while, so treated myself for nephew's wedding, nice experience, friendly staff pleased with end result acrylics with gel polish.
I went today and at first I was okay with my nails but the more I look at them the more I am very unhappy with the results. I booked my appointment a few days in advance. I arrived and wasn't seen too until 15 mins after my appointment time. Which I didn't mind too much as I know they get a lot of walk-ins. Within 30 mins the lady cut my finger. She apologised but then proceeded to "stop the bleeding" by supergluing over the cut. Which I was shocked by. I wanted swirls and two eyes on each hand (I've added the reference pictures I showed them). Straight away it was clear she was very nervous to paint. Even though she had told me she could do it. She kept showing the other lady next to her what she was doing for reassurance which made me nervous. Overall the pictures speak for themselves. I like the length and shape but I would not recommend this nail bar if you are wanting any "abstract" art done. If they can't do it they shouldn't say they can to get money. It's a shame as the lady I had previously (grey hair) did well but that was a more basic design.
