Regardless of when you schedule your appointment, the salon tends to be quite busy, so I recommend booking in advance. It's a fantastic establishment where you can have all your hand and foot needs taken care of.
I relocated to the region 3 years ago and continued travelling to Edinburgh to have my nails done. I soon realised it was no longer practical and decided to find a nearby nail salon. I have now switched to this salon and have no intention of returning to Edinburgh.
I would not even grant this establishment a single star. Firstly, they filed my nails so thin that within a day, they began breaking. When I went back to have it rectified, they used a different drill that was scorching my finger and ended up getting stuck in the broken nail. I couldn't endure it any longer and demanded a refund. They only offered me £20, yet on the day, they had charged me £35. I also had my toenails painted (£10), so they charged me £25 but raised their voice and argued with me in the salon, refusing to refund me the £5. They blamed my nails, but I have been getting my nails done every 3 weeks for the past 20 years and they have never been this fragile or prone to breaking. Unprofessional, unsanitary premises, poor communication, dreadful customer service, swindled me out of £5. Are they even qualified?
