I phoned the salon yesterday using the number provided to inquire about hairstyling and a haircut. The lady who answered was extremely rude and asked, "Who are you? Why are you calling?" I politely explained that I was inquiring about their services, but she abruptly ended the call. It's important to have better manners and improve communication skills when dealing with customers. Thank you.
I had a fantastic time at Pretty Locs London. It was my first visit for a re-tie, and Teekay did an outstanding job! Usually, my scalp feels sensitive afterward, but not this time. The music and conversation added to the overall experience. I will definitely return.
