First time going there today I had my eyebrows waxed and eye lash extensions done here. Loved them have booked to go back. Staff are lovely and really friendly. Parking outside which is great. Had a splendid experience at Et Voila! The most painless waxing session I've ever had! Isabelle was incredibly charming and exceptionally professional. I felt completely at ease and relaxed. Despite having had many waxes over the years, this was undoubtedly the most comfortable, with minimal discomfort. I’ve been visiting 1192 for nearly a decade now, and I must say, Sophie and the entire team are impeccable. I've been faithfully getting my nails pampered every fortnight for as long as I can recall, and Sophie's attention to detail each time is truly remarkable. If Sophie isn't available, I have no qualms about being attended to by any of the other talented ladies; they are all exceptional. The ambience is always cheerful and welcoming, and the salon is consistently pristine. It feels like catching up with friends during my visits.
