Just had my first massage today, Noot was absolutely incredible and really put in the effort to release the tension in my achy shoulder. Following my doctor's advice, I decided to try this deep tissue shoulder and neck massage after finding no relief with strong pain medication and Diazepam. I anticipate feeling sore tomorrow, but I believe the discomfort will be worth it. "NO PAIN - NO GAIN."
