I opted for a simple pink acrylic manicure and I am thrilled with the results. The staff were friendly, humorous, and even treated me to some biscuits and a complimentary drink during my visit. Moreover, they generously provided me with nail and cuticle oil at no extra cost. I had a delightful experience and will definitely be returning in the future.
Lotus Nails is my go-to salon for nail services, and I have been a loyal customer for many years. I consistently receive high-quality and long-lasting nail extensions that have never disappointed me. The staff at Lotus Nails are exceptional and always ensure that I leave satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this salon for top-notch nail services.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at this nail salon. Firstly, the technician did not properly clean or shape my nails before applying the gel polish, despite my explicit instructions. Additionally, she did not allow enough time for the layers to dry between applications, resulting in a messy and unfinished look, as evident in the attached photos. When I raised my concerns, I was only offered a £5 discount on the £30 service, which I find inadequate. I do not recommend this salon for gel manicures and believe they should remove the gel free of charge due to their subpar service.
