Exceptional service when I visited for nose piercing. The individual was warm and welcoming; informative without being pushy, and incredibly gentle. Made me feel completely comfortable, she was outstanding throughout and provided helpful aftercare guidance and products as well. Highly knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed. Excited to return to the establishment and would wholeheartedly recommend.
Gee was an absolute gem. She displayed remarkable patience when removing my dermals, prioritising my health and well-being. She was attentive and thorough when I took a turn for the worse. She wisely advised me to stop as my body had reached its limit, and I am immensely thankful that she did. I was in the safest hands possible.
Today, I had my first piercing at this establishment, and it was a fantastic experience. The reception staff were delightful and provided comprehensive information. The convenience of receiving a text message when they are ready for you is excellent.
