Took my sons for a haircut at the Cutting Bar in West Swindon, and it was a terrible experience. Staff were unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. The cuts were uneven and nothing like what we asked for. Disappointed and won't be returning.
I had a dreadful time here. Brought my seven-year-old son for a trim. The next day, his hair looked like a disaster - uneven and messy. Paid £28 for a poor job. Luckily, the Cutting Bar in Tawhill fixed it perfectly. Grateful to them.
Awful haircut. The stylist didn't listen, cut off more than requested, and left my hair uneven. Poor customer service, arguing with me. Not recommended for anyone seeking a positive experience. Listen to your customers!
