Very slow and rude. Charged me for an inhaler, 45 minutes later told me they didnt have one in stock and that i couldnt use the prescription to go to another pharmacy. Said it was a hospital only prescription and that if i wanted an inhaler id have to get another prescription with a GP. Rolled eyes at me when I explain that I *needed* an inhaler TODAY.

Visited Mirabel on 14th March for cyst removal on back of head. Felt instantly at ease upon arrival. Procedure completed in just 30 minutes by a kind female doctor and her young assistant. Being a newcomer, I was initially apprehensive, but Gemma quickly alleviated my concerns. Despite opting for a male intimate wax, the experience was remarkably positive.
