Being a newcomer, I was initially apprehensive, but Gemma quickly alleviated my concerns. Despite opting for a male intimate wax, the experience was remarkably positive. The service was professional, friendly, and filled with amusing banter. I cannot recommend it enough. I've already scheduled my next wax appointment. Tracey is absolutely brilliant. I've got eyelashes that get endless compliments for their fabulous look, indulgent facials, pedicures, and manicures. Tracey is incredibly welcoming, and the prices for the services are very reasonable. I've been relying on beauty experts for a long time, and I must say, Charlotte is truly exceptional. Incredibly well-informed and approachable about all her services. I've tried several treatments and have been thrilled with each one! Plus, the prices for the treatments are quite fair considering the amazing results I've seen. This land. Always, never have enough folks on the tills to stop queues. Sometimes, no one at the tills at all. And I’m waiting there pondering ‘how long do I wait?’ Reduce the queues and have staff on the tills.
