Scheduled online weeks ahead, called to confirm the time, but my booking wasn't in the system. Initially disappointed, but later received a message apologising and offering to fit me in. Delighted with my nails today, my daughter will definitely return. I visited this salon for the first time after my regular nail salon was fully booked. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed with my nails. The shaping was done poorly, and each nail looked different in shape. I requested almond-shaped nails, but some ended up looking more like duck nails with rounded corners. Despite showing a photo for reference, the end result was completely different as they opted for a quicker approach.
Within a few days, my nails started lifting and had bubbles, and my cuticles were left in a bad state.
