What a disappointment with this hair salon... Initially, they never, ever, ever pick up the phone. My husband booked an appointment for me, providing a phone number (unfortunately, he accidentally gave the wrong one, but I visited the next day to correct it). It's been a whole week now, and still no call or message from them. I will leave a negative review every week if they don't reach out, whether they have availability or not. I advise against new clients attempting to schedule an appointment here, as it will only be a waste of time.
Lucas styled my hair, incredibly cheerful and exceptionally skilled at his craft, all at a fantastic price with plenty of foils. The atmosphere was delightful, and the salon was luxurious. Thank you, Lucas. I'll be back soon ♡♡
On my inaugural visit here, I was thoroughly impressed - I booked with James, who took the time to understand my desires and then suggested what he believed would work best. And he was spot on! I am delighted and will definitely return next time. I highly recommend this place.
