There is just one shop in Birmingham which I frequent, each time I visit this shop I receive excellent service, but this time when I visited, the shop closed at 3.45 whereas on Google it shows 6 pm. I understand it may have closed early for some reason, but there should be kindness towards the staff. The two women at the entrance of the Body Shop store displayed such rude behaviour. If they do not wish to work, why are they even there? They were treating other customers in the same disrespectful manner behind me as well. I will never return to this place. I would rather order online than visit this store with such impolite staff.
