Alma conducts herself with great professionalism and warmth. The massage was exceptional, and I am now feeling incredibly relaxed. I will certainly be booking with her again.
Utterly dreadful!!! I am still reeling from the shock. I phoned Alma an hour before my appointment to check her availability for my massage. Arriving 10 minutes before 2pm, I waited outside the room. I overheard her conversing with the client inside, mentioning, 'My next client is an eccentric person! I believe she is British, in fact, she is British because she called earlier asking if she could come now!!!' This is clearly a discriminatory remark. I had never crossed paths with Alma before, and I was perplexed as to why she would describe or speak about me in such a manner. All I managed to say to her upon opening the door was 'seriously' before hastily leaving, feeling quite rattled. I will certainly not return or recommend her services to anyone. She deserves a rating of zero stars!!!
Received an absolutely fantastic hot stone massage and facial from Alma today. It was incredibly soothing, just the right amount of pressure, and I felt at ease the entire time. Highly recommended! 🌟
