Diamond Nails

My mother visited this salon for a nail treatment after a decade, and her experience was so dreadful that she regrets ever stepping foot inside. The staff members were incredibly impolite and unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes. She requested a French manicure due to her nail insecurities, but they trimmed her natural nails down to the skin and applied a white tip halfway down her real nail. When my mum expressed her dissatisfaction, the technician became confrontational and even made a derogatory comment about her nails. Eventually, he did a full acrylic set but failed to remove the white tip, resulting in a bizarre look with white underneath and red on top. My suggestion is to seek out another salon if you're seeking a relaxing nail experience, as this one is rude and constantly noisy with children and their babysitter running around.

I've never visited this nail salon for a manicure, and I'm grateful for that. The condition of their backyard is appalling 🤢🤢 If their outdoor space is in such a terrible and revolting state, I have serious doubts about their cleanliness and sanitation practices with cleaning supplies after serving clients...

I truly appreciate it when a nail artist shapes the nails smaller to suit slimmer fingers, avoiding them looking disproportionate or too large! It was a bit strange that they insisted on payment via bank transfer in advance rather than after the service.
