I absolutely adore having my hair styled by Shannon! I approached her seeking someone skilled in easilock extensions, and I was thrilled with the outcome. My mother visited this salon for a nail treatment after a decade, and her experience was so dreadful that she regrets ever stepping foot inside. The staff members were incredibly impolite and unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes. She requested a French manicure due to her nail insecurities, but they trimmed her natural nails down to the skin and applied a white tip halfway down her real nail. When my mum expressed her dissatisfaction, the technician became confrontational and even made a derogatory comment about her nails. Eventually, he did a full acrylic set but failed to remove the white tip, resulting in a bizarre look with white underneath and red on top. My suggestion is to seek out another salon if you're seeking a relaxing nail experience, as this one is rude and constantly noisy with children and their babysitter running around.© 2024 NoSecretSalon
