Utterly dissatisfied! The service was below par. Visited this salon for the first time as a walk-in customer. Upon noticing the stylist sitting idle, I requested a blow dry. After a quick check of her schedule, she agreed. However, she proceeded to blow dry my hair with high heat without using any heat protectant. When questioned, she justified this by citing her personal preference to apply heat protection spray at the end to avoid sticky hair. I requested for waves/curls, to which she initially refused, stating it required a prior appointment. Despite this, she used a hair straightener to create loose curls and later secured them with bobby pins. Upon removing the pins after 4 hours, my hair appeared messy and unkempt, displaying a lack of professionalism. The same unsatisfactory experience was encountered by my mother-in-law. A total charge of £42 for both of us. Extremely disappointed customers 🙁

A delightful experience! Incredibly kind and attentive in helping me select the perfect shade for my outfit for my grandson's christening. Went above and beyond by graciously holding my coat, handbag, and car key to protect my freshly done nails. Would highly recommend their manicure services.

The stylists at this salon are truly exceptional and incredibly welcoming. The pricing is reasonable too. Nicola does a fantastic job with my hair, although I'm certain Kerry is equally skilled.
