My daughter and I had our nose piercings done by Steph today. The entire experience was truly exceptional from beginning to end. I have a fear of needles and tend to get very nervous, but Steph was incredibly calming and kept reassuring me that she would only proceed when I felt comfortable. It took me about 15 to 20 minutes to calm down and be ready for the piercing. Steph, you truly have the patience of a saint! The procedure was quick and not as painful as I had anticipated. I brought my son here for his 2nd piercing on his ear. Stephanie was incredibly kind and courteous. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She made my son (13yrs) feel at ease as he was feeling anxious. When it was time for the piercing, she patiently waited for my son to be ready. No rush. After the piercing, she offered a sweet treat as a reward. A thoughtful gesture. Stephanie also provided an aftercare sheet and explained it in detail. We are so pleased we chose this place.
