I do not recommend the nail technician at this location. The staff was very rude and aggressive while doing my nails. She pressed my fingers so hard that I felt pain. When I mentioned the pain, she responded in a dismissive and aggressive manner, telling me to relax. I understand she may have been pregnant, but it would have been better for her to take the day off. It was a very negative experience, and the quality of the job done was also very poor. I visited for waxing and eyebrow threading, and the lady was very accommodating even though I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. The service was done very professionally, and the prices were quite reasonable. I will definitely return for waxing and threading, and I am excited to try out the other services she offers.

Alright, folks. The staff or owner at this establishment lacks any customer service skills. My partner went to get her hair done a few weeks ago. Due to the strong chemical smell coming from the nearby nail technician's area, she started feeling sick and unwell while her hair was being dried. She had to step outside for fresh air and almost fainted. Moments later, she vomited right outside the door. The staff or owner then handed her a bucket and told her to clean it up. While a person was on the brink of fainting on the floor, there was no offer of help or even a question of whether she needed assistance – just standing there with the bucket. It's a disgraceful place with zero customer service. Think twice before considering this establishment.
