I scheduled a facial a couple of weeks before my wedding and following Helen's guidance, my skin felt incredibly soft, clear, and smooth! The day prior to my wedding, both myself and my maid of honour had booked appointments for a manicure and spray tan. The results were fantastic: my manicure (pictured) turned out exactly how I had envisioned after showing Helen some Pinterest inspiration. The second photo, taken almost a week later (including a few days at work), demonstrates how well the manicure held up. The tan developed flawlessly and had a lovely scent as well! I was radiant on my wedding day ✨️ Thank you so much Helen and Jacintha for helping me feel absolutely stunning for my special day! Xx
I made a booking and payment for a one-hour session. However, I received an express treatment, with 4 layers of polish applied without any drying time. When I requested to sit and let it dry before putting on my shoes, the staff made sure to discuss openly in front of me how I was their last appointment of the day and they could leave as soon as I was gone. I felt like I wasted my money on what was supposed to be a special experience for me. I will not be returning.
