Absolutely fantastic spot, impeccably tidy and with welcoming personnel. Just wish there was one nearer to me, some sunbeds could be a bit hotter.
Incredible location with superb and helpful staff who assisted me in setting up an account upon arrival. For anyone planning to visit, bring ID for the account setup. Fingerprint recognition is used, and then you're all set. The tanning beds are top-notch and high-powered. I had a 15-minute session on a stand-up bed for under £10 - a steal! They also offer lay-down tanning beds if you prefer. Would I return here? Absolutely, 100%.
User-friendly but slightly pricey compared to other stores. Went with my parent, had her log in on my device as she finds it tricky. A staff member inquired if we were using the same account. I clarified it was just my parent's on my device. Despite explaining, my parent got a formal warning for account sharing, even though it's not possible to use it twice in a day. Not too pleased as she should have been aware of that.
