I received an excellent nail service. It cost more than what I usually pay in Surrey for the same service. The technician was friendly and checked if I was satisfied. I adore the colour and the nail artwork.
Absolutely appalling nail job. Not at all what I requested; I asked for "stiletto" nails... Shouldn't have paid for this. I need to get this fixed immediately as it's embarrassing. Avoid at all costs!
I deeply regret not checking reviews beforehand. The technician was friendly but seemed clueless - she even forgot to paint my thumb nail at one point. The nails look messy, with gel blobs and bare patches. The tips are rough due to improper filing. I'm disappointed as I have a party tomorrow and no time to fix these unsightly nails.
