The price for a full set was high, and she was 15 minutes late to start, yet she expected me to be punctual. She claimed she could remove my lashes and do a full set in just 30 minutes. Physically impossible. I ended up running late for my next appointment, which she was aware of. I left with the worst lashes I've ever had, and she inquired if I was satisfied or needed them fixed after already delaying the next client and having her lie down before I could even respond. Complete deception, my lashes were gorgeous before she removed them for no reason. They now look like cheap lash strips from a discount store, barely noticeable at all. I've visited three other lash technicians since, all of whom agreed that they were not a full set and were poorly done. Steer clear, she may be overly charming but in my five years of experience, these are the only lashes that turned out to be a complete scam. I had to pay to have them redone properly the following week.
