I have been a repeat customer and have always received top-notch massages. Today, Pat provided me with the best massage I've ever had. Booking is simple, the salon is inviting, and they inquire about the type of massage you prefer and which areas to focus on. Pat made sure I was comfortable with the pressure applied. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I have been dealing with a chronic degenerative disc issue for a long time. I had a deep tissue/Thai massage on 23rd December, and I was quite pleased with the experience. I highly recommend it, and even my partner visited the salon after my recommendation. However, after my second massage in May 2024, I left feeling a bit sore as Pong walked on my back and manipulated my legs forcefully. Unfortunately, this led to a ruined sports holiday in the following days as my back went into spasm, and my chiropractor confirmed that my pelvis was completely out of place. When I informed the salon about the issue, they mentioned that they only keep records for new clients and admitted that the records were lost during the transition to the new company in April 2024 (interestingly, most of the reviews on Google are from before this date). Their response was defensive, lacking in apology, and they seemed clueless about handling customer complaints. If you have back issues, I would advise caution when considering this place. They never returned my phone call.

I found the massage to be quite overpriced for the quality and the overall atmosphere was disappointing. I recently visited after noticing they had undergone a renovation, but the appearance of the place had always deterred me in the past. I made a booking without inquiring about the cost, assuming it would be reasonable compared to other establishments in the area. The Thai massage I received was decent, but I couldn't fully relax due to another woman in the shop watching Thai TV at an excessively loud volume on a laptop or tablet. I mentioned this to my masseuse, who shouted to the other person, resulting in a slight decrease in volume. However, the noise was still bothersome and intruded on my session. When I raised the issue, I was simply given an apology and told that the volume had been lowered. While that was true, it was still disruptive, especially considering the high price of £70 for a mediocre massage. There are better options available locally at more reasonable prices, so I will be avoiding this place in the future.
